Hi, I’m Brendan. It’s great to meet you!
Back in 2014, I was at a crossroads in my career. I had a foundation in numbers but it was people that interested me more. My entrance and eventual maturity within the Talent Acquisition industry was centred around my wanting to connect with people - to share insights, to guide them, and to celebrate success with them along their professional journeys.
Fast forward to 2024 and I’ve come to another crossroads in my own professional journey. Staying true to what motivated me in the past, my wanting to help others succeed remains the same, but this time I'm putting on my entrepreneurial hat.
Launching Kaishin Consulting comes from a genuine desire to make career transitions smoother and more empowering for everyone involved:
